Moorelands Bush Nursery offers a unique venue for weddings with a rustic, natural vibe. Our grass function area is surrounded by lush greenery and vibrant plant life and creates a picturesque backdrop. We have a variety of stunning areas for celebrating and many places that are perfect for photography. This includes charming buildings, beautifully landscaped gardens and natural bushland. Moorelands provides the perfect canvas for both ceremony and reception. The natural beauty and peaceful ambiance of the nursery and surrounding farmland, combined with our attention to detail and personalised service, make it an ideal choice for couples looking to celebrate their love in a truly memorable way. Moorelands is offered as a ‘blank slate’ and couples have a lovely time designing the layout and decorations to suit their particular style. The team at Moorelands assist with organising other vendors, and both set-up and clean-up so that the happy couple can have an enjoyable and memorable day!

Function Area Hire
The Function Area at Moorelands makes a perfect location for baby showers, birthdays, anniversary and engagement parties. Night time events will see your relaxing under the festoon lights and for the daytime events we have an array of shade structures. We also have tables and chairs, barrels and stools, bar and drink tubs, a BBQ and many more items available for your use. The functions can be staffed by the Moorelands team or you can be completely self-sufficient. Our function area is the venue for our Annual GardenFest in the West; where you will find guest speakers, workshops, demonstrations and market stalls. The area is perfect for workshops and we have hosted painting, mosaic and garden art workshops at Moorelands.

Plants & Barrel Hire
Moorelands has barrels and plants that can be hired for your next function. Wine barrels make a very robust dry-bar and their rustic charm are perfect for many events. The addition of greenery will elevate any space and can help create a warm welcoming atmosphere. A wide range of types and sizes of plants are available, but the selection is dependent on the season. We have a range of pots or planter boxes to further enrich the visual appeal of your space. We hire these items over a four-day period so you have plenty of time to collect and set-up and then there is no need to rush to return them the day after your event.
